Introducing HeroClix’s first ever MEGA SET, including 75 figures to collect, this is one of the biggest HeroClix sets ever! Notorious shines a spotlight on every nefarious scheme, dubious plot, and dastardly deed. Classic villains like Lex Luthor and The Joker are obvious inclusions, but there are also awesome characters from the Harley Quinn Animated Series. Every villain needs great goons, and this set has more than enough army-building flunkies for your next heist.

Selected stores will need to schedule their DC HeroClix: Notorious Pre-Release Event using the DC HeroClix: Notorious Pre-Release template in the WizKids Info Network (WIN) (see “Important Dates for Stores” tab below).
As a participant in the program you will register your store and your events in our database using a simple browser-based interface. The information you provide will populate our event locator that will direct visitors of http://win.wizkids.com to your store to participate in the DC HeroClix: Notorious Pre-Release Event.
NOTE: Only stores selected to participate in the DC HeroClix: Notorious Pre-Release will have access to the official DC HeroClix: Notorious template.

For Players
Use the WizKids Info Network to connect with stores and other players worldwide as well as find events in your area or while you’re on the road. As a registered HeroClix player you will also be able to keep abreast of new releases and events in your area as they become available.

-Each DC HeroClix: Notorious Booster Brick contains ten (10) 5-figure booster packs.

Tournament Size:
Each store selected will be able to purchase 1 case or 2 cases of the DC HeroClix: Notorious booster bricks — each case will support up to 20 players.
- Stores receiving 2 Caseswill be capped at 40 players.
- Stores receiving 1 Casewill be capped at 20 players.
NOTE: Stores receiving 2 Cases may opt to run two separate events—however, each event will be capped at 20 players and stores must schedule & report both events in the WizKids Info Network.
Tournament Structure:
Pre-release events may be run as a Swiss Tournament or Battle Royales.
Force Construction: DRAFT
Drafting Instructions: Players open their boosters and draft a team of 5 figures from the boosters— for the purpose of drafting, seat all players in groups of 4. Before drafting the opened booster, each player sets aside the object or construct from their booster to use on their force. For objects, they may be assigned for free to any character. For constructs, they may be included on the starting force as a 0-point bystander and this game they do not use their Construct ability.
Each player chooses one figure out of their first booster and each booster passed to them until all players have drafted a team of 5 figures. Players play all 5 figures as their team.
Action Limit: The action limit for the tournament is 1 action per 100 points of drafted team with the lowest team build total— EXAMPLES:
- If the player with the lowest team build total has a 275 point team, the tournament is run as 2 actions per player.
- If the player with the lowest team build total has a 315 point team, the tournament is run as 3 actions per player.

Participating Stores MUST schedule their events in the WIN by 9/19/2023
Compliance with this may determine future awarding of special OP events.
DC HeroClix: Notorious Pre-Release Events MUST be scheduled to run no later than 9/19/2023 (prior to official product release).
Stores that do not run their event on or before this date risk being disqualified from selection for future pre-release events subject to WizKids discretion.
Participating stores MUST schedule and report their DC HeroClix: Notorious events using the official template created by WizKids in the WizKids Info Network.
