Format:
- Played in teams of 3
- Each team designates an “A” player, a “B” player, and a “C” player. Teams will play A player vs A player, B vs B, and so on. Player designations remain for the duration of the event
- Whichever team has greater individual wins at the end of a round wins the overall match
- Each team receives one Marvel HeroClix: Smash and Destroy Booster Brick (12 boosters) and one Marvel HeroClix: Deadpool Weapon X Retail Chase Booster, from which they build three 300-point teams, assigning one to each player. Players play with the same team for the duration of the event. Participants keep all figures they open as a team.
- Tournament will a number of rounds of Swiss pairing based on attendance (meaning teams of similar win/loss record will be matched, and no one is eliminated based on win/loss record) with top-cut playoff
- Following the end of the Swiss rounds, Top 8 teams in the standings will form a single-elimination playoff bracket to determine winner
- Prizes are awarded in triplicate: one of each item for each member of the team!

- Each Premium Battle Royale will have one Marvel HeroClix Retail Chase Booster included among the one prize element per-player
- Individual Premium Battle Royale performance will be added to ongoing standings tallying to determine the Origins 2025 Battle Royale Champion
- Before prize and booster elements are drafted, the Chase Booster will be opened. Each individual element represents a draftable prize for the participating players.

Origins 2025 Battle Royale Champion
Individual player performance is tracked from one Battle Royale to the next. Both standard and Premium Battle Royale finishes contribute to the overall standings. On Sunday afternoon, June 22, after the final scheduled Battle Royales conclude, the player with the most accrued points during Battle Royale side events will be crowned Origins 2025 Battle Royale Champion!
Points will be awarded for the following finishes (Ties will be first broken by Victory Points and then roll-off):
- 1st place – 6 points
- 2nd place – 4 points
- 3rd place – 2 points
- 4th place – 1 point
In the event of a 3-player table, points will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
