WizKids is seeking an entry-level operations associate to help coordinate timelines for our ever-expanding product line. This is a prime opportunity to learn what it takes to create, bring to market, and support licensed and non-licensed games!
Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitate product shipments to distributors and retailers
- Keep distributors and retailers informed about product release updates
- Track and meet specific milestones on product development schedule, ensuring on time delivery of goods
- Work with distributors on orders and enter them into ordering system
- Manage high profile projects for select mass retailers
- Ensure proper transaction execution for all inventory movements
- Monitor recording of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage ecommerce inventory updates and transfers
Ideal Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years office experience
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Outstanding organization and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can withstand/overcome the pressures of meeting strict deadlines
- Tabletop gaming experience is a plus, but NOT required
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business)
Required work authorization: United States
