International Operations Associate at WizKids

WizKids is seeking an entry-level International Operations Associate to help coordinate timelines for our ever-expanding product line. This is a prime opportunity to learn what it takes to create, bring to market, and support licensed and non-licensed games!

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate product shipments to international distributors and retailers
  • Keep distributors and retailers informed about product release updates
  • Track and meet specific milestones on product development schedule, ensuring on time delivery of goods
  • Work with distributors on orders and enter them into ordering system
  • Ensure proper transaction execution for all inventory movements
  • Monitor recording of all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Correspond with warehouse managers daily Location: New Jersey (In-person)

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 1-2 years office experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can withstand/overcome the pressures of meeting strict deadlines
  • Tabletop gaming experience is a plus, but NOT required

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business)
