To keep things balanced, most ships in the blind reinforcement booster packs come with one Elite Talent, one Crew Upgrade, one Tech Upgrade and one Weapon Upgrade. Solin, the chief engineer of the Seleya is the Crew Upgrade for this pack that allows you to take an action to discard this card and repair up to 2 Shield Tokens. Power Distribution Net is the Tech Upgrade in the blind booster that allows you to take an action to disable this card, and up to 3 of your Active Shields to immediately perform a green or white maneuver with a speed equal to the number of Shields you just disabled with this action. Aft Particle Beam is the Weapon Upgrade for the Seleya that allows you to fire this weapon from your rear firing arc.
Players will enjoy this blind booster because it expands on the Vulcan Faction with new upgrades and provides powerful options for fleet building in the future. Specifically, we can see that the Seleya and its crew have learned quite a few tricks during the years it was “missing” and presumed lost. It would be easy for someone to underestimate the Seleya, thinking it to be easy prey only to find out that the threats of the V’Tosh Ka’Tur are not to be taken lightly. Not only is such an assumption illogical, it might very well turn what your opponent had expected to be an easy victory into defeat.
