Welcome to another exciting preview from the upcoming Marvel HeroClix: Avengers Defenders War <\/strong><\/a>set! Today, we\u2019re looking at a guy who\u2019s made a career out of overcoming his doubters, Scott Lang, the Ant-Man!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

\"Marvel<\/a><\/span><\/div>

Ant-Man<\/strong> is a Tiny Size <\/em>80-point piece, with 5 clicks of life. He carries the Avengers, Defenders, Heroes for Hire, <\/em>and Scientist <\/em>keywords. Ant-Man<\/strong> also has Improved Movement \u2013 Ignores Characters<\/em>. As a Tiny Size <\/em>character, Ant-Man<\/strong> of course modifies his defensive value by +1 against ranged combat attacks. He also allows for any larger adjacent character to carry him, meaning he\u2019s a portable powerhouse that can be a force for your<\/em> force!<\/p>\n

From a power perspective, Ant-Man<\/strong> has two standard powers appearing on both his movement and damage tracks. First, on his first three clicks of movement is the power Ant-Man Security Solutions<\/em>. This power states that Ant-Man<\/strong> can use both Sidestep<\/em> and Stealth<\/em>. Additionally, when an adjacent opposing character is moved or placed, you may place Ant-Man<\/strong> adjacent to that character after actions resolve! His second special power, appearing on his first two and his final click of damage is called Subatomic Subterfuge. <\/em>This power states that Ant-Man<\/strong> can use Perplex<\/em>. If he targets an opposing character using this power, that character can\u2019t target Ant-Man<\/strong> until your next turn, unless it\u2019s the only character on its force.<\/p>\n

For standard powers, Ant-Man<\/strong> possesses Stealth, Precision Strike, Incapacitate, Super Senses, Combat Reflexes, <\/em>and Close Combat Expert. <\/em>He\u2019s a dangerous mix of shut-down powers and heavy damage who can really force your opponent out of their comfort zones, especially if he makes use of his Subatomic Subterfuge<\/em> power. Be sure to keep him moving around the board as you\u2019re able!<\/p>\n
