Welcome to another preview of the Marvel HeroClix: Guardians of the Galaxy v2 Movie Gravity Feed<\/a> based off of the upcoming sure-to-be-a-smash-hit film Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2! <\/em>Today, we\u2019re taking a look at one of the most beloved curmudgeons in the galaxy, Rocket!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also \u2013 be warned, when you\u2019re looking at anything for a set from an upcoming film, understand there\u2019s an implied gigantic, neon lights ablaze, air horn siren Spoiler Warning<\/strong> here. Turn back now if you want to be completely in the dark when it comes to those lovable miscreants protecting the galaxy!<\/p>\n

\"Marvel<\/a><\/span><\/div>

Rocket<\/strong> is the team\u2019s resident tinkerer and ordinance expert \u2013 he cobbles together weapons and is the oft-times foul mouthed voice of reason for the Guardians<\/em>. While he\u2019s not exactly what you\u2019d call a team player, Rocket<\/strong> has the ability to play on four different themed teams, Guardians of the Galaxy, Animal, Pilot, <\/em>and Robot. <\/em>He clocks in at a very affordable 65 points, which nets you five clicks of life and a range of six squares with two targets. Rocket<\/strong> is also naturally nimble, as shown by his Improved Movement \u2013 Ignores Hindering Terrain <\/em>and Improved Movement \u2013 Ignores Characters<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Powers wise, Rocket<\/strong> has a measure of standard powers that fit his character perfectly \u2013 Running Shot<\/em> for when he\u2019s on the move and blasting baddies, Flurry<\/em> for when he closes in and needs to finish off an opponent, Energy Explosion<\/em> for those times when things need to get explosive, Super Senses<\/em> to show those natural animal instincts, and Probability Control<\/em>, which plays to his combat expertise and ability to predict and readjust to situational battle. Along with \u00a0his standard powers, Rocket<\/strong> also sports a special defensive power called Stand Still Ya Vermin<\/em>, which states that Rocket<\/strong> can use both Mastermind <\/em>and Super Senses<\/em>. As an added bonus, he can use Mastermind<\/em> regardless of point value if the friendly character shares a keyword with Rocket<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
