We hope you\u2019ve been enjoying all the previews for Marvel\u00a0HeroClix: Deadpool and X-Force<\/strong>\u00a0and we\u2019re sure you can\u2019t wait to start cracking open booster packs.\u00a0 To help sate your thirst we have more Deadpool and X-Force <\/strong>goodness coming your way with the Marvel HeroClix:\u00a0Uncanny X-Force Fast Forces Pack<\/strong>.\u00a0 We\u2019ll be giving you a heads up on this pack in two parts; first showing what the team\u2019s Weapon X (and Weapon Plus) alumni bring to the field.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Domino <\/strong>once said of him that he\u2019s the guy you love to hate and hate to love.\u00a0 Everybody\u2019s favorite Merc With a Mouth,\u00a0Deadpool<\/strong> joins the team at two convenient point value options, either 100 or 50 points and with Deadpool Corps<\/em>, Six Pack,<\/em> Weapon X<\/em>, and X-Force<\/em> keywords.\u00a0 Though capable of doing some damage at 5 range, this is a more base to base oriented Deadpool<\/strong>.\u00a0 At 100 points, he begins the game skulking around in Stealth<\/em>, his movements meant to Perplex<\/em> both friend or foe alike, looking for the perfect opportunity to draw his Blades(\/Claws\/Fangs) <\/em>and start cutting away with Flurry<\/em> and relying on Toughness<\/em> and a respectable defense value to keep from feeling too nostalgic after taking a kick to the midsection.\u00a0 Starting at 50 points, he saunters right in to the melee with Sidestep<\/em>.\u00a0 Deadpool<\/strong> keeps the Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em> and Toughness <\/em>to start, but quickly transitions to his special power, This Ugly Mug Has Its Benefits.<\/em> This power grants him the use of Regeneration<\/em> and Super Senses<\/em>, and when he uses Regeneration<\/em>, he increases the result of the dice roll by the number of adjacent opposing characters.\u00a0 That gives him a decent chance to heal from his last click to his top click, even at 100 points, if he is getting surrounded by enemies.\u00a0 You can just imagine Deadpool <\/strong>giving it his all to get his mojo back while fighting an entire circus of clowns.\u00a0 Speaking of clowns\u2026.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Ol\u2019 Canuckle head dons his black and gray uniform when working with X-Force<\/em>.\u00a0 At an even 100 points, with Weapon X<\/em>, X-Force<\/em>, and X-Men<\/em> keywords the Indomitable<\/em> Wolverine <\/strong>hits the map ready to fight from click 1.\u00a0 His dial may seem short enough to match his stature but his trait, The Best There Is<\/em>, makes him much more of a threat than five clicks would suggest.\u00a0 With the trait, Wolverine\u2019s<\/strong> powers and abilities cannot be countered and at the beginning of your turn he heals a number of clicks equal to the number of action tokens you have on him.\u00a0 Starting off with a sharply effective combination of powers; Charge<\/em>, Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em>, and Exploit Weakness<\/em>, with Toughness<\/em> to stretch his dial out a bit, Wolverine<\/strong> jumps into the fight head on.\u00a0 He switches over to Flurry<\/em>, Precision Strike<\/em>, Combat Reflexes<\/em>, and Battle Fury<\/em>.\u00a0 That means on his last two clicks he is one of the few figures that ignores both Shape Change <\/em>and Super Senses <\/em>when attacking.<\/p>\n<\/div>

While Deadpool<\/strong> and Wolverine<\/strong> have the ground game covered,\u00a0Fanotmex <\/strong>does his best work at range.\u00a0 At 75 points, Fantomex<\/strong> shares Wolverine\u2019s <\/strong>pick of keywords with Weapon X<\/em>, X-Force<\/em>, and X-Men<\/em>.\u00a0 He also has a trait that creates a bystander token, E.V.A..<\/em>\u00a0He starts the game with an E.V.A.<\/em> token on his card, and while that token is there he can use Super Senses<\/em>.\u00a0 You can give Fantomex <\/strong>a power action to place the E.V.A.<\/em> token adjacent to him on the map, and if E.V.A. <\/em>is KO\u2019d, you place it back on his card.\u00a0 E.V.A.<\/em> by herself doesn\u2019t do much with 0 attack and damage but she does have Super Senses <\/em>and Outwit <\/em>along with the Flight<\/em> symbol and the movement special Drone Mode Engaged<\/em> that modifies the defense values of Fantomex\u2019s<\/strong> targets when attacking if E.V.A.<\/em> also has line of fire to them. \u00a0Fantomex <\/strong>makes an excellent sniper and the best place for him to attack from with his 6 range, two targets, and Energy Explosion,<\/em> is elevated terrain thanks to his special power on movement, Roof-Running Gunfighter,<\/em> that lets him use Running Shot<\/em> and gives him protection from return fire, blocking any lines of fire drawn to him if he occupies the rim of elevated terrain.\u00a0 Positioning him for this should be a snap with his Improved Movement:\u00a0 Ignore Elevated Terrain<\/em>.\u00a0 The worst thing for a sniper is for someone to get the drop on him, but Combat Reflexes<\/em> will make that a difficult proposition.\u00a0 Mid-dial Fantomex <\/strong>realizes his cover is blown and gains Sidestep<\/em> and focuses on one target at a time with Ranged Combat Expert<\/em>.\u00a0 In his late dial, he gets Roof-Running Gunfighter<\/em> and Energy Explosion<\/em> again, this time with Toughness<\/em>.<\/p>\n
