We have a special treat for you today as we showcase one of the chase figures you can find in the\u00a0Marvel HeroClix: Deadpool and X-Force<\/strong>\u00a0set that will hit your local stores in March with Pre-Release events beginning this week.\u00a0 Say hello to Hulkpool<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<\/div>

With a keyword, a trait, and a special power that hearken back to the chase rarity figures from the Marvel\u2019s Incredible Hulk<\/strong> set,\u00a0Hulkpool<\/strong> can help bring some Golden Age<\/em> nostalgia to your Modern Age <\/em>games.\u00a0 In addition to the return of the Hulked Out Heroes <\/em>keyword Hulkpool<\/strong> also has Deadpool Corps<\/em>, Brute<\/em>, Past<\/em> and Pirate<\/em> keywords.\u00a0 Just as the other Hulked Out Heroes,<\/em> he has a trait that gives you extra bonuses if he hits an opposing character with a devastatingly successful dice roll.\u00a0 Smash Well Developed Sense of Irony<\/em> lets you choose to either heal Hulkpool<\/strong> 3 clicks or counter all powers on the hit target if you hit them with a close combat attack and the dice roll was at least 4 greater than their defense value.\u00a0 In typical gamma ray powered fashion,\u00a0Hulkpool<\/strong> starts with high attack, defense, and damage numbers along with Indomitable<\/em>, a long run of Super Strength<\/em>, and steadily decreasing layers of damage reduction with Impervious,<\/em> Invulnerability<\/em>, and Toughness<\/em>.\u00a0 Not bad for a 125 point silver-ringed Unique<\/em> figure.<\/p>\n

Be prepared to make an entrance with Charge <\/em>and Sidestep<\/em> along with Improved Movement: Ignore Blocking Terrain and Destroy Blocking Terrain While Moving Through It<\/em>.\u00a0 For a little bit of Deadpool<\/strong> flavor he has two clicks of Probability Control <\/em>to start with and his trait, Do You See The Comic Panels Telling Me What To Do? <\/em>\u00a0that lets you attach a Comic Panel FX Base <\/em>to him if he has no action tokens at the beginning of the turn.\u00a0 He can use any of the\u00a0Comic Panels<\/em> that comes with each chase figure in this set, but the one that Hulkpool <\/strong>comes with gives the recipient the use of Quake<\/em>.\u00a0 For his last three clicks, he has a damage special that is familiar to the Hulked Out Heroes<\/em>, Revert: Deadpool<\/em>.\u00a0 You can give Hulkpool<\/strong> a free action to replace him with a character named Deadpool <\/strong>of equal or lesser point value on the same click number, minus 1. If you\u2019ve been paying attention to the previews you know there will be no shortage of options to revert to with this piece.<\/p>\n
