Today\u2019s preview from our soon-to-be released\u00a0Marvel HeroClix: Deadpool & X-Force<\/strong> set features a character who hasn\u2019t been seen in HeroClix form since 2005\u2019s Fantastic Forces<\/strong> set.\u00a0 Please welcome back the leader of X-Statix, Orphan<\/strong> (aka Mr. Sensitive)!<\/p>\n<\/div>

With a dial that\u2019s five clicks deep and a point value of 70, Orphan<\/strong> begins play with a pair of traits that work together to increase the\u00a0odds of his attacks hitting.\u00a0 The first trait, Headlines!<\/em>, generates Headline tokens after Orphan<\/strong> hits one or more opposing characters.\u00a0 The second trait, Mr. Sensitive<\/em>, lets Orphan<\/strong> use his Headline tokens to roll that many additional dice when he makes an attack.\u00a0 The roll can\u2019t be rerolled and you ignore all but two of the results.<\/p>\n

Headline tokens aren\u2019t just limited to Orphan<\/strong>\u2019s Mr. Sensitive<\/em> trait.\u00a0 His damage slot features a special power called The Fans Love Our Infighting<\/em>, which lets him remove a Headline token from a teammate and give it to another friendly character.\u00a0 The Fans Love Our Infighting<\/em> also lets Orphan<\/strong> use Leadership<\/em>.\u00a0 Orphan<\/strong> is built for close combat, so the rest of his dial features full runs of Super Senses<\/em> and Precision Strike<\/em>, and spurts of Charge<\/em>, Sidestep<\/em> and Outwit<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Orphan<\/strong> has the X-Men<\/em> team ability to heal back to more useful clicks.\u00a0 His combat values are also fairly steady.\u00a0 For themed team building, Orphan<\/strong> has the X-Force<\/em>, X-Statix<\/em>, Celebrity<\/em> and Martial Artist<\/em> keywords.<\/p>\n
