Greetings HeroClix Fans!<\/p>\n

For today\u2019s Marvel HeroClix: Deadpool and X-Force<\/strong> preview, we bring you a character who has studied under Emma Frost, briefly was a member of the Hellfire Club, and currently is a member of Domino\u2019s Mercs for Money team alongside Deadpool and Hit-Monkey.\u00a0 Making her HeroClix debut is Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<\/div>

With a point value of 50 and a dial that\u2019s only four clicks deep, Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> has the standard speed, attack, defense and damage symbols and her Improved Movement<\/em> ability lets her ignore elevated terrain and character when she moves.\u00a0 Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> also has a range of 0 but we\u2019ll touch on that a little more in a bit.<\/p>\n

Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong>\u2019s dial has a consistent set of combat values, particularly in her damage slot.\u00a0 Her low base damage output is somewhat misleading, however, since it\u2019s her special power that makes her a character your opponents would be foolish to ignore.\u00a0 That special power, called Precognitive Suggestion<\/em>, lets Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> use Mind Control<\/em>.\u00a0 (Back to that 0 range thing from earlier: \u00a0Newer players should note that Mind Control<\/em> has a minimum range of 4 when it\u2019s used as a ranged action.)\u00a0 Additionally, when Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> uses Mind Control<\/em> granted from her Precognitive Suggestion<\/em> special power, she can use Outwit<\/em> after actions resolve but only to target the hit character regardless of range and line of fire.\u00a0 Precognitive Suggestion<\/em> is a nice special power for putting an opposing character in a box by moving it out of range for an attack on Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong>, then stripping it of one of its powers or abilities for a follow-up shot by one of her teammates.<\/p>\n

The rest of Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong>\u2019s dial features only two standard powers, Super Senses<\/em> and Probability Control<\/em>.\u00a0 Both powers offer Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> some protection against attacks through evasion or die rerolls that favor her.\u00a0 With this duo of standard powers, backed by her Precognitive Suggestion<\/em> special power, Negasonic Teenage Warhead<\/strong> has the potential to be a major annoyance for many opponents.\u00a0 Finally, she has the Hellfire Club<\/em> and X-Men<\/em> keywords as options for themed team building.<\/p>\n
