Let\u2019s continue our look at the limited edition Convention Exclusive figures that will be available for you to win during the\u00a0Winter 2017 WizKids Open<\/a>, starting in February.\u00a0 For today\u2019s\u00a0Marvel HeroClix Convention Exclusive Prize<\/strong>\u00a0sneak peek, we throw feudal Japan into a blender with a version of Gwen Stacy who gained the agility and proportionate strength of the radioactive spider that bit her.\u00a0 Bow to the honorable samurai known as\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

On fleek in her white samurai armor and with her trusty pink katana by her side,\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0can be added to your force for 65 points and is a viable secondary close attacker who can potentially cut down the toughest of foes.\u00a0 If themed play is your thing,\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0has the\u00a0Spider-Man Family<\/em>,\u00a0Armor<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Warrior<\/em>\u00a0keywords as options for you to build around.\u00a0\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0has the standard speed, attack, defense and damage symbols and begins play with a trait called\u00a0I Can Still Hear Through The Helmet<\/em>, which allows her to use\u00a0Combat Reflexes<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Super Senses<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Moving to\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u2019s dial, she has only one special power but boy is it a fun one!\u00a0 With\u00a0Super Sword Swinging Chop!<\/em>,\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0can use\u00a0Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em>\u00a0and when she hits, she can use\u00a0Sidestep<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Improved Movement\u00a0<\/em>to move through characters and blocking terrain, plus destroy any\u00a0blocking\u00a0terrain as she moves\u00a0through it\u00a0this turn.\u00a0 Want to chase down that pesky ninja hiding behind the hill?\u00a0 Take a swing at whoever is blocking your path, then use\u00a0Sidestep<\/em>\u00a0to move through that blocking terrain and get in his ugly face!\u00a0\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0also has regular\u00a0Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em>\u00a0following\u00a0Super Sword Swinging Chop!<\/em>, making her a character your opponent wouldn\u2019t dare ignore due to her potential damage output on each of her five clicks.\u00a0\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u2019s lack of a printed range value means you\u2019ll be up close when fighting.\u00a0 Thankfully, landing attacks on\u00a0Spider-Gwen<\/strong>\u00a0won\u2019t be easy because of her trait, and her dial includes\u00a0Invulnerability<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Toughness<\/em>\u00a0to help absorb any damage that manages to get through.<\/p>\n
