The subject of today\u2019s\u00a0DC Comics HeroClix: The Joker\u2019s Wild!<\/strong>\u00a0preview is not only a founding member of the\u00a0Outsiders<\/em>\u00a0super team, but he\u2019s also royalty.\u00a0 Please welcome Prince Brion Markov of Markovia, aka\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

\"DC<\/a><\/p>\n

Geo-Force<\/strong>\u00a0has a point value of 160 and has the\u00a0Justice League, Outsiders<\/em>,\u00a0Politician<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Ruler<\/em>\u00a0keywords as options if you choose to include him on a themed team.\u00a0 As his name implies,\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u2019s powers stem from the Earth so his HeroClix dial reflects this power set.\u00a0 Geo-Force starts off with a trait called Lord of the Land, which lets him use Barrier as a free action. Geo-Force can only place 1 Barrier Marker each time he uses this power, but they aren\u2019t removed at the start of his next turn like normal Barrier Markers. After actions resolve, if there are more than 4 Markers created by this effect on the map, one of them must be removed. \u00a0On a map with plenty of blocking terrain and walls,\u00a0Lord of the Land<\/em>\u00a0can be useful to control where an opposing force goes.\u00a0 The trait is also helpful in creating barriers to block opposing lines of fire to your characters.<\/p>\n

The majority of\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u2019s dial consists of appropriate standard powers such as\u00a0Quake<\/em>,\u00a0Impervious<\/em>,\u00a0Super Strength<\/em>,\u00a0Regeneration<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Leadership<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u00a0does have one special power located mid-dial, called\u00a0Lava Jet Bursts<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0Lava Jet Bursts<\/em>\u00a0lets\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u00a0use\u00a0Charge<\/em>,\u00a0Force Blast<\/em>\u00a0and an Improved Movement ability that lets him ignore and destroy blocking terrain as he moves through it.\u00a0\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u2019s combat values have some variation to them but they generally start high and slowly taper down.<\/p>\n

Geo-Force<\/strong>\u00a0has the standard attack, defense, and damage symbols, along with the Wing speed symbol to use the\u00a0Flight\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Carry<\/em>\u00a0abilities.\u00a0 He starts out as a ranged attacker that can shoot two targets up to seven squares away, and then switches roles to that of a close attacker.\u00a0 Lastly,\u00a0Geo-Force<\/strong>\u00a0has the uncopyable\u00a0Outsiders<\/em>\u00a0team ability to prevent a friendly or opposing character\u2019s combat values from being modified.<\/p>\n
