Celebrate the\u00a0Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles HeroClix<\/strong>:\u00a0Heroes In A Half Shell<\/strong>\u00a0Gravity Feed release, with a look at the final two chase rarity characters in the set.\u00a0 First up is the Super Turtle version of\u00a0Leonardo<\/strong>, the gravity-powered\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

\"TMNT<\/a><\/p>\n

Graviturtle<\/strong>\u2019s sculpt and dial are inspired by the 1984\u00a0Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles<\/em>\u00a0comic series and he can be added to your force by spending either 75 or 50 points.\u00a0 His 50-point starting line appears on click 3.\u00a0 If you want to build a themed team around\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>, you\u2019re limited to only the\u00a0TMNT<\/em>\u00a0keyword.\u00a0\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u00a0has the standard attack, defense and damage symbols, as well as the\u00a0Wing<\/em>\u00a0speed symbol.\u00a0\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u00a0can shoot one target up to three squares away and his power set reflects his ability to make both close and ranged attacks.<\/p>\n

Graviturtle<\/strong>\u00a0has a steady set of combat values and special powers in his attack and damage slots, respectively.\u00a0 In his attack slot,\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u2019s special power is\u00a0Gravity Whip Fling<\/em>, which works when he shoots or makes a close attack, and has a double whammy for opposing characters:\u00a0 Characters that are hit by\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u00a0are given an action token and are blocked from making close attacks until your next turn.\u00a0 Note that\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u00a0only has to hit an opponent for them to feel\u00a0Gravity Whip Fling<\/em>\u2019s effects; the opponent doesn\u2019t need to take damage.\u00a0 While on the topic of hitting opponents,\u00a0Graviturtle<\/strong>\u2019s other special power is\u00a0Super Turtles, Count It Off!<\/em>\u00a0which potentially lets an adjacent teammate with the\u00a0TMNT<\/em>\u00a0keyword shake off an action token when they hit an opposing character and actions have resolved.\u00a0 With\u00a0Super Turtles, Count It Off!<\/em>\u00a0you can keep your team ready for battle by pulling off pesky action tokens.<\/p>\n

When it comes to flexibility in combat,\u00a0Graviturtle\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0power set combines ranged and close combat well.\u00a0 But when it comes to physical flexibility, the bombastic\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u00a0is the Super Turtle you\u2019ll want on your force!<\/p>\n

\"TMNT<\/a><\/p>\n

Like the other Super Turtles,\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u00a0can be played at two point values, 100 or 75 points.\u00a0\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u2019s 75-point starting line appears on his third click.\u00a0\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u00a0has all the standard combat symbols and can shoot an opponent up to four squares away.\u00a0 For themed play,\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u00a0also has the\u00a0TMNT<\/em>\u00a0keyword as his only option.<\/p>\n

Blobboid<\/strong>\u2019s power set reflects his ability to adjust his physical form; he begins play with a trait called\u00a0Ability To Change And Flow And Imitate<\/em>\u00a0that lets him use\u00a0Plasticity<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Shape Change<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u2019s flexibility in combat is represented by a special power in his defense slot called\u00a0Melt And Reform For Combat Configuration<\/em>.\u00a0 This power lets\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u00a0choose either\u00a0Close Combat Expert<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Combat Reflexes<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Ranged Combat Expert<\/em>and\u00a0Energy Shield\/Deflection<\/em>\u00a0at the beginning of your turn.\u00a0 The close or ranged option you choose lasts until you choose again.\u00a0\u00a0Melt And Reform For Combat Configuration<\/em>\u00a0is\u00a0Blobboid<\/strong>\u2019s only special power; the rest of his dial features appropriate standard powers like\u00a0Sidestep<\/em>,\u00a0Force Blast<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Poison<\/em>.<\/p>\n
