Welcome back for another exciting preview for the\u00a0Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles HeroClix<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0Heroes In A Half-Shell\u00a0<\/strong>set!\u00a0 This second\u00a0Gravity Feed set adds more than 30 characters from the\u00a032 years of TMNT history, based on both\u00a0the comics and animated TV series.\u00a0 The Turtles have fought enemies and made friends that are ancient, from other dimensions, and even from alien worlds like today\u2019s preview of the Triceratons and\u00a0Zog!<\/p>\n

\"TMNT<\/a><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Triceratons\u00a0<\/strong>are a major threat to any that oppose their galactic empire and their representation in HeroClix is no different! Players will surely enjoy building an army of these figures, easily forming a themed team around any of their keywords:\u00a0TMNT Villain<\/em>,\u00a0Triceraton<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Soldier<\/em>.\u00a0 At 65 points you can fit 6 of them on a 400 point team.\u00a0 These imposing beings are capable of dealing extreme damage, both at range near the top of their dial and in close combat near the end of their five clicks.\u00a0 A\u00a0Triceraton\u00a0<\/strong>is built to run into battle with blasters drawn, demonstrated on its first click by combining\u00a0Running Shot<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Penetrating\/Psychic Blast\u00a0<\/em>with a brutal printed 3 damage.\u00a0 They also possess a special power on defense,\u00a0Extremely Tough Hide<\/em>\u00a0that lets the\u00a0Triceratons<\/strong>\u00a0use\u00a0Toughness\u00a0<\/em>and take a maximum of 2 damage from all attacks.\u00a0 For their final two clicks,\u00a0Triceratons<\/strong>\u00a0can\u00a0Charge<\/em>\u00a0into close combat with\u00a0Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em>, again with the possibility of laying serious damage to opposing characters. The\u00a0Triceratons\u00a0<\/strong>possess\u00a0Toughness<\/em>\u00a0on these last two clicks, a slight downgrade from their initial defense, but still sure to keep them fighting extinction.\u00a0 That\u2019s good for your standard\u00a0Triceraton<\/strong>\u00a0soldier but what about higher ranking honorable warriors?<\/p>\n

\"TMNT<\/a><\/p>\n

Zog\u00a0<\/strong>is a\u00a0Triceraton<\/em>\u00a0that had some unfortunate luck and got transported to Earth where the difference in atmosphere caused his brain to deteriorate, leaving him vulnerable to delusions and a clever ploy by\u00a0Raphael<\/strong>. Even so, this\u00a0Triceraton\u00a0<\/em>is 150 points of pain that your opponent should be afraid of.\u00a0\u00a0The Skull Commands Me<\/em>\u00a0is a trait that allows\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>to collect a\u00a0Skull\u00a0<\/em>token when another friendly character KO\u2019s an opposing character.\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>can then remove a\u00a0Skull\u00a0<\/em>token to be given a move, close combat, or range combat action as a free action, though having his speed and attack values modified by -1.\u00a0\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>starts off much like any Triceraton soldier would, with\u00a0Running Shot<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Penetrating\/Psychic Blast<\/em>, which he enjoys on his first three clicks. These clicks are coupled with a defense power upgraded from his fellow Triceratons with\u00a0Extremely Tough Hide<\/em>, which lets him use\u00a0Invulnerability\u00a0<\/em>and only take a maximum of 2 damage from attacks.\u00a0 After those first three ranged-driven clicks,\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>has four clicks of close-combat-oriented powers.\u00a0Zog\u2019s<\/strong>\u00a0Special Power on Speed,\u00a0Can\u2019t Get Pinned Down<\/em>,\u00a0Commander Zoraph<\/em>, lets\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>use\u00a0Charge,<\/em>\u00a0and if he\u2019s also adjacent to a friendly\u00a0Raphael<\/strong>\u00a0when he begins the action, he modifies his speed value by +3.\u00a0\u00a0Zog\u00a0<\/strong>has\u00a0Blades\/Claws\/Fangs<\/em>\u00a0for those last four clicks, along with a split between\u00a0Invulnerability\u00a0<\/em>and then\u00a0Toughness<\/em>.<\/p>\n
