Today we are kicking off previews of the upcoming\u00a0Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles HeroClix: Heroes in a Half Shell<\/strong>\u00a0set. We are pleased to bring you a popular villain who, alongside his pal\u00a0Rocksteady<\/strong>, frequently fumbles the orders of the Turtles\u2019 arch nemesis,\u00a0Shredder<\/strong>.\u00a0 Making his highly anticipated HeroClix debut, please welcome the bumbling mutated warthog with a purple Mohawk,\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

\"TMNT<\/a><\/p>\n

With a sculpt based on the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series,\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0has the standard speed, attack, defense and damage symbols.\u00a0 He can also shoot a single target up to five squares away.\u00a0 If you wish to include\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0on a themed team, he has the\u00a0Foot Clan<\/em>,\u00a0TMNT Villain<\/em>,\u00a0Animal<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Brute<\/em>keywords as options.<\/p>\n

Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0has a solid set of combat values to go with his standard powers.\u00a0 However, it\u2019s his traits that really make him shine.\u00a0 His first trait,\u00a0So My Part Of The Plan Was What?<\/em>, lets him use\u00a0Willpower<\/em>\u00a0if a friendly character named\u00a0Shredder<\/strong>\u00a0is on the map.\u00a0 Additionally, the trait lets friendly characters\u00a0Shredder<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Rocksteady<\/strong>\u00a0use\u00a0Enhancement<\/em>, but only to boost\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Rocksteady<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u2019s second trait,\u00a0Uh\u2026 Did I Screw Up Again?<\/em>, allows you to place an Incompetent Idiot Token on his card when he misses an attack.\u00a0 If he collects enough tokens, he can use a free action to remove them and heal two clicks of a teammate with whom he shares a keyword.<\/p>\n

Bebop<\/strong>\u2019s power set sees him start as a ranged attacker with\u00a0Running Shot<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Energy Explosion<\/em>. Then he switches mid-dial to a close attacker with\u00a0Charge<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Super Strength<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0Sidestep<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Regeneration<\/em>\u00a0on\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u2019s last click let him slink away to safety or heal to prolong a fight.<\/p>\n

At 80 points,\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0leaves you with plenty of room to include teammates like\u00a0Shredder<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Rocksteady<\/strong>, both of whom can benefit from\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u2019s\u00a0So My Part Of The Plan Was What?<\/em>\u00a0trait.\u00a0 Don\u2019t be frustrated if\u00a0Bebop<\/strong>\u00a0misses his attacks as it will allow him to collect Incompetent Idiot Tokens and potentially heal his teammates.<\/p>\n
