It also allows him to place the\u00a0Slash<\/em>\u00a0marker on a target that he damages with a close attack.\u00a0 The\u00a0Slash\u00a0<\/em>token then deals 1 penetrating damage when the attached character is given an action token and is removed when they heal or clear their action tokens.\u00a0 His second trait\u00a0\u2026To Feed Mine<\/em>, grants him a very tasty\u00a0Steal Energy\u00a0<\/em>upgrade.\u00a0 Not only does it follow the standard rules for\u00a0Steal Energy<\/em>, it also allows him to heal 2 clicks when he damages a character that has the\u00a0Animal<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Spider-Man Family<\/em>\u00a0keywords.\u00a0 On top of that, it also allows\u00a0Morlun<\/strong>\u00a0to heal when a character is damaged by his\u00a0Slash\u00a0<\/em>marker, letting him to heal past hit starting click.\u00a0 Yikes!<\/p>\n Now onto the main dial, he starts off on click #4 with\u00a0Charge<\/em>,\u00a0Super Strength<\/em>,\u00a0Impervious<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Empower<\/em>, allowing him to get where he needs to be and dish out damage rather quickly with a printed damage of 4 and potentially more with an object using\u00a0Super Strength<\/em>.\u00a0 Having\u00a0Indomitable\u00a0<\/em>helps greatly with the set up.\u00a0 Going further down the dial, we see that he ends up with\u00a0Invulnerability<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Exploit Weakness\u00a0<\/em>for a few clicks with the movement special\u00a0Appearing Anywhere in the Multiverse the Totems Are<\/em>.\u00a0 This gives him the use of\u00a0Phasing\/Teleport<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Sidestep<\/em>.\u00a0 You may also give\u00a0Morlun<\/strong>\u00a0a free action and place him adjacent to an opposing character within 8 squares if they have the\u00a0Animal<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Spider-Man Family<\/em>\u00a0keywords, really setting them up for a world of hurt.\u00a0 When things are looking bad, he ends up with\u00a0Stealth<\/em>\u00a0and the classic healing power\u00a0Regeneration<\/em>\u00a0to try to get him back into fighting form.<\/p>\n On the flip side, if the tides are in his favor, look out!\u00a0 Once he heals past that starting line,\u00a0Morlun<\/strong>\u00a0gets scary fast.\u00a0 At full dial, the monster is free with\u00a0Hypersonic Speed<\/em>,\u00a0Precision Strike<\/em>,\u00a0Invincible<\/em>\u00a0and a whopping 6 printed damage.\u00a0 Having a total of 10 clicks ensures your opponent will have a long, hard fight to drop this beast to the nether realms for good.<\/p>\n Having a powerhouse that can sustain itself with multiple ways to heal and deal damage is a rare blessing.\u00a0 Using the right supporting cast can turn\u00a0Morlun<\/strong>\u00a0into a living nightmare for your opponent and send a chill up their spine.
