After stealing designs for a hydraulic ram system from his employer, engineer Wilbur Day began his criminal career facing the likes of\u00a0Spider-Man<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Daredevil\u00a0<\/strong>as\u00a0Stilt-Man<\/strong>.<\/p>\nStarting at 50 points,\u00a0Stilt-Man<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has a short dial but he has a lot of utility.\u00a0 His trait\u00a0Extendable Legs<\/em>\u00a0lets you add physical\u00a0Leg Extensions<\/em>\u00a0to him!\u00a0 He starts the game with a\u00a0Leg Extension<\/em>\u00a0on his sculpt and, for 5 points each, you can add more.<\/em>\u00a0 If he has at least 2\u00a0Leg Extensions,<\/em>\u00a0he gains the\u00a0Giant\u00a0<\/em>symbol and if he has 4 or more, he has the\u00a0Colossal\u00a0<\/em>symbol.\u00a0 These additional\u00a0Leg Extensions<\/em>\u00a0are useful because they trigger\u00a0his two other abilities.\u00a0 His trait\u00a0I Know This May Sound Funny\u2026 But I Can\u2019t Feel My Legs<\/em>, allows him to avoid taking damage by instead removing a\u00a0Leg Extension<\/em>\u00a0and rolling a die that cannot be re-rolled. On a 4-6, he takes no damage, but on a 1-3 roll,\u00a0Stilt-Man<\/strong>\u00a0must take one unavoidable damage. He also has a\u00a0Colossal Retaliation\u00a0<\/em>special damage power that we have seen before in HeroClix that he can use while he has 4 or more\u00a0Leg Extensions<\/em>.\u00a0Colossal Retaliation:\u00a0 Hydraulic Leg Smash<\/em>, gives him the ability to be placed on the map and make a close attack against any character that attacked him or did damage to a friendly character on the opponent\u2019s previous turn as a free action.\u00a0 Dial-wise, he has respectable and consistent combat values for his point cost, including 3 damage for his whole dial.\u00a0 He has\u00a0Force Blast<\/em>,\u00a0Quake<\/em>, and\u00a0Toughness\u00a0<\/em>on all of his clicks which can make use of his\u00a0Giant Reach\u00a0<\/em>when he has the\u00a0Giant<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Colossal symbols<\/em>.\u00a0 He also has the\u00a0Sinister Syndicate\u00a0<\/em>team ability allowing him to share his attack value with certain friendly characters, or perhaps borrow a higher value from them.<\/p>\nStilt-Man<\/strong>\u00a0has been known to team up with other villains to further their nefarious criminal schemes. He even worked with the government to earn his redemption during the\u00a0Civil War\u00a0<\/strong>between earth\u2019s heroes, though thePunisher<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0ensured that didn\u2019t last too long.\u00a0 His history in the comics also gives him the\u00a0Pro-Registration<\/em>,Sinister Syndicate<\/em>, and\u00a0Armor\u00a0<\/em>keywords.<\/p>\nEach\u00a0Stilt-Man<\/strong>\u00a0figure also comes with two sets of\u00a0Leg Extensions<\/em>!\u00a0 Additional\u00a0Leg Extensions<\/em>\u00a0can be added to him by collecting more\u00a0Stilt-Man<\/strong>\u00a0figures, making it convenient that he is a common rarity piece.<\/p>\nThat\u2019s all for today, HeroClix fans!
